 Artist and designer Jim Marvin is president of his own holiday, floral & gift company Jim Marvin Enterprises Ltd., Inc. Jim
is the creator of thematic Christmas trends and is considered the leader in design and color directions for the last 30 years.
Creation of the Jim Marvin Collection entails extensive travel to Europe, Asia, India and Japan. As a member of American
Institute of Floral Designers, Jim has conducted seminars in the United States and Japan on creative design methods and
innovative color presentations. Jim has enjoyed high visibility in the international market for many years with designed
products for outstanding and prestigious clients around the world with current projects in Japan, Brazil and Hong Kong.
Jim has been invited to volunteer and design product for the White House
Christmas seasons since 1997. Designing floral decorations for state dinners,
special parties and the Millennium celebrations. He was also invited
back to the White House to work with decorations connected to the
inaugural transition on January 20, 2001.
In 1978, Jim was named the advisor to the China National Arts and Crafts in Beijing and Shenyang China. Jim was one of the industries first “China Connections”.
